Our products are slightly larger than the standard ("oversized fit").

We are sorry that your desired style is out of stock. Unfortunately, since we only offer a limited number of each product per drop, we cannot guarantee that this item will be back in stock.

My purchased style is damaged. What happens next?
We are very sorry that you received a damaged style from us. Please contact us at info@artyficialnetwork.com and we will assist you with the return. 
Of course, we will cover the cost of returning defective products.

How do I care for my purchased style?
To ensure long-lasting high quality of our product and artwork, we suggest you care for it as follows:

  • Gentle wash cycle at max. 30 °C, ideally hand wash
  • Turn the garment inside out
  • Detergent without bleach
  • Do not iron printed parts
  • No dry cleaning

Order and delivery

I have not received a confirmation of my order. Why not?
It may take a little time to receive a confirmation email from us after placing an order. Please also check your spam folder.
If your payment has been processed and you have not received a confirmation email after two hours, please contact us at info@artyficialnetwork.com.  

Can I cancel my order?
Canceling your order afterwards is possible under certain circumstances. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after your order with your order number via info@artyficialnetwork.com. 
It is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to track the shipment of your order.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be sent to you by standard shipping in a shipping bag or in a box. This depends on the number of items you have ordered.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the EU (European Union). Mailboxes and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.

What are the shipping and return costs?
Within Germany we ship your package for additional €5. If your delivery address is in another EU country, we will charge you €10 for shipping. We are sorry that we currently do not ship outside the EU.
In case of a return we have to ask you to pay the return costs yourself. If you need assistance with this, we are happy to help!

Will I incur (import) duties?
There are no customs duties for orders from countries within the EU. We currently do not offer deliveries outside the EU.

How long does the delivery of my order take?
We try to send you your order as soon as possible! For the delivery we usually need:
Within Germany: 2-4 business days
Within the EU: 5-10 business days

My order has not arrived yet. What happened?
We are very sorry that there was a delay in shipping your order. Please check the status of your order with the shipment tracking, because it is possible that the delivery time has changed, your neighbor has accepted the package or an incorrect address was given.

Return

Can I return my order?
If you don't like your order or it doesn't fit, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of delivery. You can of course open the package and check the contents.
Please note that we can only accept returns unused, unwashed and with all original T_AN labels.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you as soon as possible.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. The return of the items will be accepted only unused, unwashed and with all original T_AN labels. Unfortunately, you will have to bear the costs of the return yourself.
To return your order, please contact us at info@artyficialnetwork.com with your order number for further instructions.
Please send your return by registered mail at best so that we have proof of shipping and the ability to track the shipment. If the return is made without proof or tracking, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and refund the purchase price.

My return arrived over two weeks ago, but there have been no updates since then. What happened?
Please excuse the lack of further information regarding your return. Contact us with your order number at info@artyficialnetwork.com and we'll get to it as soon as possible!

How long does the refund take?
We will process your return as soon as possible and then refund the purchase amount to the account, credit card or PayPal account that was used for the order. The process should not take longer than two weeks.

What is the cost of returning my order?
The cost of return depends on the shipping company and the country you are sending it from.
We recommend that you return your order by registered mail. This will provide us with proof and the ability to track the shipment. If you choose another shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

What payment options do I have?
The payment of your order is currently possible via PayPal.

Where can I find my invoice?
We will send your invoice to your email address after your order has been shipped.

Will there be any additional costs for my order?
The cost of your order is exactly the amount shown on the invoice. Additional costs will only be incurred if you decide to return the items (shipping costs).

My payment has failed. What can I do?
It can happen that your payment cannot be processed. First try to clear your cookies and cache data, use another browser or choose an alternative payment method. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us at info@artyficialnetwork.com.

How will my order be refunded after I return it?
We will refund your purchase amount to the PayPal account that was used for the order. This process should not take longer than 14 days.

What is the value added tax?
VAT is a tax imposed on the value of goods sold. This is already included in the prices of our products.
